  Make a summary of the Geese Story of three things:

        a. Cooperation Main Point :

They work well together, it can even split his share with good formation, in order to achieve goals more quickly and easily, even though they live beside each other, without feeling any difference but they can still maintain its cooperation. for their own work no better than doing it together, forgetting all differences and rise up to confront all challenges and problems that exist and are aware of the feelings shared.

        b. Motivation Main Point :

They even have a concern that high spirit, when he saw a geese out of the formation without being asked then they can motivate each other from the group, helping each other when one of them feel weak, tired even to feel no longer able, do not even care if himself out of the''V''formation and prefer to protect his friend despite having to make a''V''formation of a new one to keep until he is strong again and even to death.

        c. Leadership Main Point :

When the geese fly bored leader he would prefer to go to the end of''V''formations, and without feeling embarrassed or harassed he gave up another goose takes over the leadership for their formation will still be progressing well.
but nevertheless the new geese leader must have the courage and encouragement to make more progress, and of course they have a mutual respect shared duties and responsibilities and must support each other to keep the same speed and produce good benefits.

after I have read and understand, then there is a moral message that I can take from the story, that is story of a group of geese that promotes togetherness, mutual awareness and life, because there are excerpts from the story that said''Every person will tend to  receive and provide assistance.''But it would be better if we have to multiply the new plant we will reap goodness goodness
we can learn from those who have always worked well together even though they did not know each other who know they have the same goal and would be much better if do it together than alone, having no sense of a high-dominant and selfish even though he felt he was a leader. And having their conscience as gently as though they are also in difficult situations.
Every man realizes that they are social creatures who can not live alone, but why humans are much more selfish to have a high sense without care about?
Would better if we humans are more exalted rank by God and have more sense and intellect far above their conscience and soul of leadership is a noble geese.
